This méthode champenoise sparkling wine is a classic expression of our vineyard. It is crisp, fresh, and intense with floral aromas and subtle complexity. Underscoring flavors of grapefruit zest, green apple, pear, and citrus notes precede a lovely elevated acidity that rides along the dry finish.

This was an excellent vintage that grew a bountiful crop with great structure. The March miracle left the soil with plenty of moisture to support the plants through the end of May. The long, warm summer saw very few extreme heat events, allowing fruit to set the stage for vibrant and expressive flavors. The long, relatively mild finish to the season helped preserve the freshness and finesse with abundant hang time providing great color and soft tannins.
