2019 Pinot Noir
A wine that exudes finesse with aromas of raspberry, cranberry, dried flower, and red tea, along with hints of earth. The tannins are soft and inviting with a juicy midpalate showing notes of refined red fruit flavors that add complexity to the mouthwatering finish.
This was an excellent vintage that grew a bountiful crop with great structure. The March miracle left the soil with plenty of moisture to support the plants through the end of May. The long, warm summer saw very few extreme heat events, allowing fruit to set the stage for vibrant and expressive flavors. The long, relatively mild finish to the season helped preserve the freshness and finesse with abundant hang time providing great color and soft tannins.
